  • Utah: Utah DOPL does not pre-approve CE courses.  Licensees and CE providers are responsible to verify that courses meet the requirements specified in the Utah Physical Therapy Practice Act Rule. See R156-24b-303b.
  • New Jersey: The NJ State Board of Physical Therapy has approved a modified version of this course to meet their dry needling education requirements. NJ licensed PTs must take the New Jersey offering of this course as part of a three course series to meet the licensing requirement. (Approval #2203-133; 27 hours total – 11.25 academic/theory, 15.75 practical/hands on; Valid 5/24/2022-1/31/2026).

  • Minnesota: Minnesota Board of Chiropractic Examiners for 25 acupuncture units of instruction. Information provided should be used within the scope of practice #61017.
  • North Dakota: North Dakota State Board of Chiropractic Examiners: 25 CEUs.

Occupational Therapist

  • Ohio: Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Athletic Trainers Board – OT Section has approved Foundations for 25 Contact Hours. Approval Number 161592. Valid 11/8/2019 – 11/14/2021.
