Frequently asked questions
When are CEUs awarded?
CEUs awarded per individual course upon completion. Many courses are preregistered with either PACE, BOC or both. For other organizations the supporting documentation is provided for the practitioner to register their CEUs.
How are the course presented?
Each course is self-paced, on-demand modules with case studies and knowledge checks. Many courses have research readings from PubMed or other free access research.
Are there perquisites for the courses?
Online Academy courses can be taken in any order. Some advanced classes will benefit from finishing the introductory courses but all knowledge checks are based on the material presented for that specific class.
How long do I have access to the courses?
For annual and monthly subscriptions: you have access to unlocked courses while your membership is active. Cancelling your membership will cause you to lose access at the end of the current membership period.
For individual courses purchases you have 12 months from the date of purchase to access the course.
