How to submit a testimonial

Testimonials can be submitted as part of your after class survey. You will receive an email with a link to the form for all in-person courses. Online courses have the testimonial submission as part of the class lecture lesson after you submit your final lesson exam.

Structure & Function Education can display your testimonial either in whole or in part in our content found in our social media accounts, websites, printed materials, presentations and other locations. Any information you entered can be displayed to the public and submitting the information is your consent for us to use that information for our purposes.
