She is a self-proclaimed biomechanist nerd and loves educating patients on the anatomy of the human body.  She provides exceptional attention to detail and prides herself on the fact that she will help you achieve your goals regardless of where you are at in your journey.  Dr. Palmer has dedicated time to learning about specific rehabilitative techniques and treatment methods through additional hours of continuing education courses in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) and Motion Palpation (MPI).  During her time in school she was heavily involved in MPI as a student representative.

Dr. Palmer resides in the Phoenix area and is excited to put down roots in Arizona.  She is passionate about spending time with her loved ones and getting outside to hike & be active.  Her pride and joy is a 78lbs fur ball named Rockey.  She looks forward to meeting you and working together to get you moving better & feeling better.
