About:Stephanie graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training, and completed her Master’s of Education in Kinesiology at the University of Virginia in 2014. She has worked with high-caliber athletes in a wide variety of settings, from professional freestyle BMX to rugby and NCAA D-1 Track and Field, and is currently working as a Performance Medicine Therapist with Cirque du Soleil.
In addition to her formal didactic education noted above, she is trained in the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Graston Technique, Myofascial Decompression, Dry Needling (DN), pursuing her Postural Restoration Trained (PRT) through the Postural Restoration Institute, and is both a ‘RockDoc’ and obstacle course racing athlete for RockTape.
