About: Shelley Budnick, PT, OCS, has practiced physical therapy since 1994, and currently owns OrthoSport Physical Therapy Centers in Petoskey and Harbor Springs with her husband Alan. She continues to be passionate practicing in the out-patient orthopedic setting with all age groups and patient populations from middle schoolers to retirees. Dry needling and cupping are an integral part of her treatment techniques in conjunction with patient education, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, strengthening, and individualized treatment plans.
