Ben Hagar earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology in 2007 and Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from California State University, Sacramento in 2009. Ben earned his PRC certification from the Postural Restoration Institute in 2014 becoming 1 of 133 certified therapists in the United States. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and is certified in Functional Range Release and Dry Needling.
