Jaime Garrido PT, DPT, CSCS

Jaime grew up in Gilbert, Arizona and attended Dallas Baptist University where he earned a B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Performance and a minor in Psychology. While at Dallas Baptist Jaime competed as a D1 athlete for the Patriots baseball program. Prior to pursuing his Doctoral degree Jaime worked as the head strength and conditioning coach at Dallas Baptist University. In this role he was responsible for program design and implementation of sport specific training protocols for all athletic programs with an emphasis on baseball. Jaime graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University. He has completed advanced education for Dry Needling and ASTYM. In addition, he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. He also holds certifications from United States Weightlifting and the Titleist Performance Institute.

Jaime enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds to promote a healthy, active lifestyle. He has a passion for treating athletes and helping his patients return to the activities they love. Specifically, Jaime specializes in treating throwing athletes. Jaime uses his background as an athlete himself, biomechanic analysis of throwing patterns and a diverse clinical skill set to help throwers maximize their performance while also improving their health and durability.
