John is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who graduated from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. He also is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and considers himself a movement enthusiast, helping people from all walks of life maintain a healthy lifestyle and continue doing the activities they love. An avid weight lifter himself and past multi-sport athlete, he holds a deep understanding of ways to reduce pain and improve performance from recreational hikers and gym goers to competitive athletes. He believes everyone should have the ability to perform their hobbies, recreational activities, and sports they enjoy without being restricted by pain, disability, or weakness. He currently practices dry needling as a physical therapist with Exceed Rehab and Performance, a growing cash-pay practice in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, NV, and is eager to help all individuals return to the activities they love pain-free!
