Treating patients in Alaska for well over a decade, Dr. Elliott brings advanced skills to her clients including Bio-medical Dry Needling, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization; as well as functional movement applications to create mobility and progress to stability and strength for any range of functional needs and for any population. She has worked with patients of all ages and physical abilities, as well as athletes ranging from young competition league to weekend warriors, Olympic hopefuls, and professionals. She has a deep understanding of her clients concerns and goals, having been a competitive athlete and suffered serious injuries from which she recovered without surgery. She has personal experience recovering from rotator cuff tears, fractured ribs, hip dislocation, vertebral fractures, disc bulges, and various sprains and strains. She takes her knowl edge and experience and uses it to better understand her clients and help them succeed in achieving their goals.
Originally from Arkansas, Dr. Elliott moved to Alaska to continue her lifelong love of the outdoors and adventure. Living in Eagle River, she volunteers her time with various local youth sports leagues and teams, participates in local charity runs and rides, trains exciting hobbies like sheep herding and Scottish Highland Games, and fundraises for local and national charities (Thyroid, Diabetes, Cancer, Arthritis).
