About: Sarah grew up in Northern MN competitive in 4H, cross country running (state champions 1999), basketball, and track and field graduating in 2001. In 2006 she got her BS in Biomedical Science with an athletic coaching minor. Continuing on to obtain her DPT from the University of Mary in 2009. She currently works at OSR Physical Therapy in Eden Prairie, specializing in orthopedic and sports with emphasis on the running athlete and triathlete. She has taken many course work in manual therapy (NAIOMT, Great Lakes Seminars), running gait analysis and corrective rehab specific to runners and athletes. She is a member of APTA, MPTA, and APTA Sport Section. She utilizes manual soft tissue mobilizations, joint mobilizations, dry needling and corrective exercises to get her patients back to the their active, healthy lifestyle. In her free time, she enjoys training for marathons and Ironman triathlons with the goal to run a marathon in all 50 states and compete in the Kona Ironman. She shares a lot of her training miles with her dog Pace.
