Dr. Rainey, physical therapist, is a fitness, wellness, and sports performance professional. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University, earning his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with minors in Nutrition and Business Management in 2011. Nick earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, UT, in 2013. After graduation, he completed a residency through Evidence in Motion (EIM).  He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic and Manual Physical Therapy In November 2016, Nick opened up his physical therapy clinic, Rainey Pain & Performance. He continues to practice physical therapy and extensively uses manual therapy, including various techniques- dry needling, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), thrust and non-thrust joint mobilizations. He specializes in TMJ disorders, migraines, pelvic floor pain, incontinence, sciatica, fibromyalgia, and arthritis. Aside from helping people to live pain-free as a physical therapist, Nick enjoys trail running, lifting weights, playing sports, reading non-fiction books, and watching documentaries.
