Gwynne completed her BS in Physical Therapy at the Ohio State University, and continued her education at Oakland University to complete her Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy and her DPT. She enjoys providing physical therapy for active individuals of all ages and levels, and utilizes a biomechanical approach incorporating manual therapy, including manipulation and soft tissue techniques, and functional training techniques to assist her patients in maximizing their potential. She has experience working with athletes of all ages and skill levels, and extensive experience working with hockey and running athletes, and athletes undergoing ACL rehabilitation, among others. She believes in lifelong learning, and in addition using Structure and Function, is certified in ART (UE, LE, Spine, Nerve Entrapment), ASTYM, SFMA Level 1 and 2, FMS, Functional Dry Needling Level 1, and TPI Level 1. She has served as a physical therapy consultant for the Detroit Red Wings since 2001.
