As someone who once struggled with chronic pain, I am now a huge advocate for exercise and movement. I became a physical therapist to help empower people to heal, both physically and emotionally. I work with all ages, and I am a Herman and Wallace certified pelvic pelvic floor specialist, with emphasis on pregnancy/postpartum care and sexual trauma survivors.
