Cupping post op Achilles Repair

Patient is an older gentlemen about 3 months out from achilles repair (complicated recovery). He came in quite sore with DF=2º. I cupped his calf (8-10 cups) and plantar fascia (2 cups) for 5 min. DF increased to 16º! He could obviously feel a difference and walk easier.
