DN with ES for non union fractures

    Has anyone used DN with ES for nonunion fracture. A fellow PT has a 68 y,o. Active patient with a proximal 5th metatarsal Fx. No evidence of callus after 6 weeks. Trying to stay NWB and in boot but he continues to bike training for triathlon.
    Any experience or evidence for this treatment?
