Dry Needling for Recovery and Regeneration

Dry Needling course for Recovery and Regeneration

Who is this course for?

The Dry Needling for Recovery and Regeneration course will provide therapists with a better understanding of how and why to use dry needling for recovery and how it impacts the body’s nervous system.

Dry needling practitioners should take this course if they would like a more comprehensive understanding of how to use dry needling to impact the nervous system and aid in recovery from overtraining.

As a therapist…

You may be working with high level athletes who are training to their max.  The inability to fully recover in between training sessions can hinder an athletes ability to maximize their potential when training.  Being able to help an athlete recover faster, so they can continue to maximize their training benefits, is key.

Even your non-athlete patients suffer from living in an overstimulated state.  Being able to help your patient manage stress, improve sleep, and improve their digestion will improve their ability to heal.  Understanding how to utilize dry needling to help balance their autonomic nervous system can have a huge impact on the overall well-being of your client.

Are you dealing with patients who experience over-training or under-recovery?

Help your patients recover faster and improve their ability to heal by understanding how to utilize dry needling for recovery.
